Project Manager – Rebar Structural
roles & responsibility
- Lead and manage rebar detailing projects from kick-off to final submission
- Serve as primary liaison with general contractors, fabricators, and structural engineers
- Review structural plans, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy
- Oversee project schedules, production targets, and budget performance
- Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes and project specifications
- Supervise and mentor detail teams
- Manage RFIs, revisions, change orders, and technical clarifications
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards
REBAR DETAILER
roles & responsibility
- Develop detailed rebar shop and placement drawings
- Interpret structural and architectural construction documents
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Coordinate with project managers and structural engineers
- Ensure compliance with ACI and CRSI standards
- Revised drawings based on markups, RFIs, and client feedback
- Maintain drawing accuracy and documentation control
